Altair, Altrincham

Altair is Nikal's exciting new £70m mixed-use scheme in Altrincham Town Centre. Residential led, the development will also offer high quality accommodation for leisure, retail and offices creating a dynamic new quarter for this thriving modern market town near Manchester city centre.

Residenza, Ancoats

Residenza, by Hillcrest Homes, is a characterful collection of contemporary town houses on George Leigh Street and Loom Street in Ancoats, Manchester City Centre. The scheme celebrated the heritage of the area, known as Little Italy, whilst offering a modern alternative to the turn of the century terraced homes or modern apartments on offer in the area. All properties were sold off plan within six months of release.

Westbrook Villas, Chorlton-cum-Hardy

Westbrook Villas is a stunning new development of executive villas by Nikal's luxury homebuilding arm, Hillcrest Homes. Created on the site of two Victorian semi-detached homes, the development fused old and new style of architecture by retaining and restoring the façade of the original homes and creating four town houses on the back of them. A further eight contemporary homes with Victorian architectural influences were crafted. All homes sold off plan prior to completion.

Riverside Place, Knutsford

A decade in the making and weathering a moratorium and a recession, Riverside Place in Knutsford was a labour of love for the Hillcrest Homes team. Thirteen Georgian inspired homes were crafted on the site of an old builders yard right in the town centre. As well as offering an underground car park, the scheme created a new car free public walkway between the main shopping street (King Street) and The Moor, an attractive green open space with children's playground, lake and wildlife. The development was awarded 'Best New Build' in the 2016 Northern Design Awards.
